About the Awards

The Edge Malaysia Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards (BMSPA), which was initially hosted by EdgeProp Malaysia, is in its sixth instalment this year. The awards aim to raise the bar on property management practices and sustainable real estate in the country, benchmarking them against the best in class globally. BMSPA 2022 presented awards in eight categories this year, covering residential, office, mixed development, retail and specialised components. Each of these categories were divided into two segments to reflect the age of the property — Below 10 Years or 10 Years and Above. In addition to the anchor awards, BMSPA 2022 also presented The Edge Malaysia-ILAM Malaysia’s Sustainable Landscape Awards 2022 and the Editor’s Choice Awards 2022.
